I think what Obama said was great. He laid out his plan for the next 20 year. I dont think anyone is going to disagree with Obama because he explained that the country was making alot of money and was going to be put directly for this plan. He sated that he was making eco friendly jobs and other things to lower there our countries carbon abuse.

My first reaction was was there actually water on the moon and now to know that there is actually water on the moon changes everything, about even settling on the moon now. This could now tell us about the solar system because we can use the ice to piece things together about how moon began. Scientist are planning to build lunar homes on the moon. There were two crashes on the moon, one the satellite Lcross crashed into the one of the moons craters on its surface and opened a hle that had 26 gallons of water in it. The second one was and a empty rocket that smashed on to cebus and made a hole but no water. In conclusion finding water on the moon makes alot of things possible.
